Chani Guttman has experience and enthusiasm in abundance. She listened to what my husband and had to say Her plans were well thought out and easy to read. Her costs were within budget and the builder, project manager and craftspeople were high class. We do not live in Jerusalem full time but felt very relaxed leaving the planning and execution to Chani with our weekly input on the phone with what’s up visually helping our choices.
